Depositions & EBT's start at rates as low as $275. Kindly call us or refer to our price sheet for additional information on our fees.   

* If the deposition is cancelled, and you notify us before 7:00 p.m. the day before the appearance, we will not charge you a bust fee. A bust fee will apply, however, if our attorney prepares the client and/or appears at the court reporter's office and/or the deposition is cancelled on the morning or afternoon of the deposition.
