These programs are made possible through charitable donations and are designed to give children the opportunity to experience the simple pleasures of childhood during an otherwise challenging time.   ZR Per Diem’s support of the Sunrise Association is rooted in a personal connection. Founder Connie Rinaldi was introduced to Sunrise in 2018 through a close family friend whose child was undergoing cancer treatment. She was immediately drawn to Sunrise’s mission and its commitment to caring for children and families in need. That connection continues to guide ZR Per Diem’s charitable support of the organization today. Our sponsorship helps support programs that promote confidence, teamwork, and community connection for athletes and their families. In addition to our sponsorship, members of the ZR Per Diem team also participated in the 2025 Buffalo Polar Plunge.
