Corporate Responsibility
Corporate responsibility is an important part of ZR Per Diem’s values. We are proud to support organizations like the Sunrise Association and to engage in community events and initiatives throughout the New York Tri-State area.
The Sunrise Association provides children affected by cancer and their siblings with joyful summer day camps and year-round programs at no cost to families. These programs are made possible through charitable donations and are designed to give children the opportunity to experience the simple pleasures of childhood during an otherwise challenging time.
ZR Per Diem’s support of the Sunrise Association is rooted in a personal connection. Founder Connie Rinaldi was introduced to Sunrise in 2018 through a close family friend whose child was undergoing cancer treatment. She was immediately drawn to Sunrise’s mission and its commitment to caring for children and families in need. That connection continues to guide ZR Per Diem’s charitable support of the organization today.
ZR Per Diem is proud to sponsor the Special Olympics New York's Western Region Chapter in support of its mission to provide year-round sports training, competition, and inclusive opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities across the region. Our sponsorship helps support programs that promote confidence, teamwork, and community connection for athletes and their families.
In addition to our sponsorship, members of the ZR Per Diem team also participated in the 2025 Buffalo Polar Plunge. By taking part in this community event, our team helped raise awareness and funds while showing hands-on support for the athletes and the Special Olympics mission.
