ZR Per Diem is proud to announce that we are now a WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation’s leading third-party certifier of women-owned businesses.
The certification recognizes that ZR Per Diem is at least 51% woman-owned, operated and controlled, and reflects the business our founder, Connie Rinaldi, has built over the years.
Connie founded ZR Per Diem after experiencing firsthand the challenges attorneys face. ZR Per Diem was born to solve a real capacity problem, too many cases, too many courts, and not enough hours in the day. What started as a practical solution for reliable appearance coverage has grown into a trusted resource for law firms throughout New York and New Jersey.
Over the last decade, Connie and the ZR Per Diem team have built a legal services company that coordinates court appearance and deposition coverage for more than 3,000 law firms with a network of 350+ vetted attorneys.
