 Yes. Attorneys on the ZR Per Diem roster are thoroughly vetted and experienced in their respective practice areas. Attorneys who accept deposition assignments have significant experience taking and defending depositions and meet our qualifications before joining our roster. 

 Many clients prepare their witnesses in advance, while others ask the assigned attorney to handle preparation on the day of the deposition based on their instructions. Our experienced deposition attorneys are comfortable doing either and will ensure your client is prepared and supported throughout the process. 

 

 Every attorney prepares differently, and ZR Per Diem accommodates your preferred approach. You may provide a detailed outline, a list of questions, case materials, or general instructions. Our experienced attorneys will prepare accordingly while exercising their professional judgment during the deposition. 

 Yes. If you would like to speak with the assigned attorney before the deposition, simply include that request in your coverage instructions. Provide the best contact information, and we will coordinate communication between you and the assigned attorney. 

Within three business days following the deposition, you'll receive a detailed deposition report through Revolution®. Reports include key testimony, witness demeanor and credibility, issues that arose during the deposition, observations regarding opposing counsel, and other important information to help you evaluate the proceeding.

The best way to maximize availability is to submit your request as early as possible. While many depositions are confirmed shortly before they are scheduled, requesting coverage as soon as you receive a deposition notice gives us the greatest opportunity to secure your preferred attorney.

If your deposition is cancelled, simply notify us as soon as possible. Requests cancelled before 5:00 PM on the business day prior to the deposition will not incur a cancellation fee.

 Yes. Many clients prefer to have the same attorney handle multiple depositions in a case to maintain consistency and familiarity with the facts. While we cannot guarantee availability, submitting your requests as early as possible gives us the best opportunity to accommodate that preference.
